Safety first: No internal access is required.
- 1. Improve signal: Move the dock closer to the router or install a Wi‑Fi extender near the dock.
- 2. Use 2.4 GHz: Ensure the robot is connected to a 2.4 GHz network. Disable band steering or create a separate 2.4 GHz SSID if necessary.
- 3. Reduce interference: Keep the dock away from microwaves, cordless phone bases, and thick concrete walls.
- 4. Re-add device: Remove the robot from the app and add it again to refresh the connection.
Warning: If the robot cannot maintain any connection even next to the router, the internal Wi‑Fi module may be failing and require professional replacement.
