Short Runtime / Battery Capacity Loss
Robot vacuum runs for only a short time and then returns to the dock or shuts off

Possible Causes
Aged lithium battery pack, Battery not fully charging, High resistance in battery connector, Excessive load from worn motors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Power OFF the robot before accessing the battery compartment.
- 1. Full charge cycle: Place the robot on the dock and charge for at least 4–6 hours until fully charged. Avoid interrupting the charge.
- 2. Check battery age: If the robot is more than 2–3 years old or has many charge cycles, the battery capacity is likely reduced and should be replaced.
- 3. Inspect battery connector: Remove the battery cover and ensure the connector is firmly seated and free of corrosion.
- 4. Replace battery: Install a new, compatible Trifo battery pack, matching voltage and connector type. Fully charge before first use.
Warning: Do not mix old and new cells or use non-approved battery packs. Improper batteries can overheat or cause fire.
