Robot vacuum's camera live view is blurry or dark (camera models only)

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning the camera.

• 1. Remove protective film: Ensure any shipping film has been removed from the camera lens.
• 2. Clean lens: Gently wipe the lens with a clean microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water and dry immediately.
• 3. Improve lighting: Use the camera in well-lit rooms; night vision performance may be limited depending on model.
• 4. Inspect for damage: If the lens is visibly scratched or cracked, the camera module may need replacement.

Warning: Do not use abrasive cleaners or paper towels on the lens; they can scratch the surface and permanently degrade image quality.
