• Power-cycle: Remove power or batteries for 1–2 minutes, then restore. This can clear a frozen interface.
• Clean around buttons: Use a dry, soft brush to remove dust or debris around mechanical buttons. Do not use liquids.
• Test multiple keys: If only one area is unresponsive, the keypad or touch sensor in that region may be damaged.
