Thermostat buttons are stiff or do not click properly (on button-based models)

Safety first: The thermostat is low voltage. Avoid using liquids inside the device.

• Clean exterior: Use a dry, soft brush around the buttons to remove dust.
• Operate buttons repeatedly: Press each button several times to see if it frees up.
• Use app instead: Configure and control the system via the Wiser app to reduce reliance on physical buttons.
• If buttons remain unreliable: Replace the thermostat, as internal switches are not user-serviceable.
