How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.

  • Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control fascia and check the flat cable between the UI and main board. Reseat both ends and ensure no kinks or cracks.
  • Dry moisture: If the panel has been exposed to steam or leaks, allow it to dry completely.
  • Replace UI board: If connections are good but E91 persists, replace the AEG user interface board. If still unresolved, the main PCB may also need replacement.
