Worn shock absorbers, Broken or stretched suspension springs, Transit bolts not removed, Uneven floor or machine not leveled
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the appliance before tipping or moving it.
- Check transit bolts: Ensure all shipping bolts at the rear have been removed. Operating with bolts fitted causes severe vibration.
- Level the machine: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock. Use a spirit level.
- Inspect shocks: Access the underside and check AEG shock absorbers for oil leakage or looseness. Replace in pairs if worn.
- Check springs: Inspect top suspension springs for stretching or breakage. Replace if damaged.
- Load correctly: Avoid single heavy items; mix large and small garments to balance the drum.
