Possible Causes

Blocked inlet hose filter screens, Faulty water inlet valve, Low mains water pressure, Kinked or crushed inlet hose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the mains power and close the water supply tap before disconnecting hoses.

  • Check water supply: Confirm the tap feeding the washer-dryer is fully open and that other taps in the house have normal pressure.
  • Inspect inlet hose: Pull the machine forward slightly, ensuring you do not strain the hoses. Check the cold water inlet hose for kinks or crushing. Straighten or reposition as needed.
  • Clean inlet filters: Turn off the water tap, unscrew the inlet hose from the back of the machine, and remove the small mesh filter from the valve with needle-nose pliers. Rinse under running water to remove grit and limescale, then refit.
  • Check for leaks at valve: Inspect the water inlet valve body for cracks or signs of burning at the electrical connectors.
  • Test fill: Reconnect the hose, turn on the tap, restore power, and run a quick wash. If E02 returns and water flow is still poor, the inlet valve is likely faulty and should be replaced with a Bush-compatible water inlet valve.
