Possible Causes
Faulty motor tachometer sensor, Loose tachometer wiring, Damaged motor connector, Defective main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before accessing the motor area.
- Observe spin attempt: Start a spin-only program. If the drum jerks or slowly turns but never accelerates before E07, suspect a speed sensing issue.
- Access motor: Remove the rear panel and locate the motor at the bottom of the tub. The tachometer coil is usually mounted at the rear of the motor.
- Check wiring: Inspect the small wires leading to the tachometer coil for damage or disconnection. Reseat the motor connector.
- Physical inspection: Ensure the tachometer ring/magnet on the motor shaft is intact and not cracked or loose.
- Replace if needed: If the tachometer coil is damaged or loose, replace the motor assembly or tachometer (depending on design) with a Bush-compatible part. If wiring and motor are sound but E07 persists, the control PCB may require professional diagnosis.
