How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off the water supply. Be prepared for water spillage when removing hoses.
- Visual inspection: Remove the rear panel and run a short fill/drain cycle while observing (keep clear of moving parts). Look for drips or sprays from hoses and pump.
- Check sump hose: Inspect the large black hose from the bottom of the tub to the pump for splits or loose clamps.
- Inspect pump body: Look for cracks or leaks around the pump housing and its seals.
- Tighten or replace: Tighten hose clamps and replace any damaged hoses or pump with Bush-compatible parts.
