Possible Causes
Transit bolts not removed, Worn shock absorbers (dampers), Broken suspension springs, Uneven floor or incorrect leveling
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before tipping or moving it.
- Check transit bolts: Ensure all shipping bolts at the rear have been removed according to the installation manual. Operating with transit bolts fitted causes severe vibration.
- Level the machine: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock. Use a spirit level if available.
- Inspect dampers and springs: Remove the rear or side panel and check the shock absorbers for oil leaks or detachment. Inspect suspension springs for stretching or breakage.
- Replace worn parts: Replace faulty dampers or springs with Bush-compatible suspension components. Always replace dampers in pairs.
