How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before cleaning internal parts.
- Run maintenance wash: Run an empty 90°C cycle with a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar (check Bush manual for compatibility) to kill bacteria and remove residue.
- Clean door seal: Wipe the seal folds with a cloth and mild detergent, removing black mould and slime. Ensure drain holes are clear.
- Clean detergent drawer: Remove the drawer and scrub away mould and detergent build-up. Clean the housing as well.
- Dry drum after use: Leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open between uses to allow ventilation.
