Extended Cycle Time / Control Logic Compensation
Washer-dryer takes much longer than expected to complete cycles; timer seems to pause or count up.

Possible Causes
Unbalanced loads causing repeated spin attempts, Slow heating due to scaled heater, Restricted water inlet, Sensor calibration issues
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before accessing internal components.
- Load correctly: Avoid overloading and mix large and small items to help the machine balance the load for spin.
- Check inlet flow: Clean inlet filters and ensure good water pressure.
- Descale heater: Run a maintenance wash at 90°C with a proprietary descaler suitable for washer-dryers to remove limescale from the heater and tub.
- Observe behaviour: If the machine repeatedly tries to spin and stops, suspect unbalance detection. If heating is very slow, the heater may be partially scaled or failing and should be tested and replaced if necessary.
