Washer-dryer does not take detergent or softener from the dispenser drawer.

Safety first: Turn off water and unplug the appliance before removing the dispenser housing.

• Step 1 – Remove drawer: Pull out the detergent drawer and clean all compartments with warm water, removing caked detergent.
• Step 2 – Clean nozzles: Look up into the dispenser housing and clean the water jets with a soft brush or toothpick.
• Step 3 – Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow to the machine and that inlet filters are clean.
• Step 4 – Test dispenser valve: During a wash, observe whether water flows into the drawer. If not, the dispenser solenoid valve may be faulty and require replacement with a Caple-compatible valve.
