Washer-dryer door will not open at end of cycle, but no error code is shown.

Safety first: Do not force the door open. Unplug the appliance before attempting manual release.

• Step 1 – Wait and cool: Allow 2–5 minutes after cycle end for the lock to release, especially after high-temperature washes or drying.
• Step 2 – Check for water: If water is visible in the drum, run a drain/spin program. A full drum will keep the door locked.
• Step 3 – Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes, then reconnect and try to cancel the program.
• Step 4 – Emergency release: Use the manual release cord (if fitted) behind the pump filter flap to open the door.
• Step 5 – Replace lock: If the problem recurs, replace the door lock assembly as described in E01/E16.
