Washer-dryer will not spin or agitate; 3C appears on the display.

• Check for drum obstruction: Open the door and ensure no items are jammed between the drum and tub. Rotate the drum by hand; it should move smoothly without grinding.

• Inspect wiring: Check the motor harness connector for secure fit and no signs of burning or corrosion. Reseat the connector.
• Check belt (if equipped): Ensure the drive belt is intact, properly tensioned, and not off the pulley. Replace if frayed or broken.
• Test motor windings (advanced): With power disconnected, measure resistance across motor windings per GE specifications. Open or shorted windings indicate a bad motor.
• Inverter/control check: If the motor tests good, the inverter section of the main control board may be faulty and require replacement.
