Steps to clear:

• Check buttons: Ensure no buttons are physically stuck or jammed. Clean the control panel surface with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, unplug the unit for 2–3 minutes, then reconnect and try again.

If controls remain locked or unresponsive, the user interface board may be faulty and require replacement.
