Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspecting electrical connections.

Steps to diagnose:

Check outlet and plug: Ensure the plug fits snugly in the outlet and there is no sign of arcing or heat damage.
Inspect cord and strain relief: Verify the power cord is secure where it enters the cabinet and not being pulled or twisted.
Control board inspection: Remove the top panel and inspect the main control board for signs of overheating or loose connectors. Reseat connectors.
Ventilation: Ensure the unit has adequate clearance around it for cooling and is not installed in a confined, unventilated space.

If intermittent shutdowns continue, the main control board may need replacement.

Washer-dryer intermittently shuts off or resets mid-cycle without an error code.

Possible Causes
