• Check external hose: Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked at the standpipe or sink.
• Clean pump filter: Access the drain pump (front or rear). Open the filter cap slowly and remove debris such as coins, lint, or small garments.
• Inspect tub-to-pump hose: Remove and clear any obstructions inside the hose.
• Test pump: Run a drain cycle and listen for pump operation. If silent or just humming, the pump may be seized or failed.
• Replace drain pump: Install a new drain pump assembly if the existing pump is not moving water despite clear hoses.
