Possible Causes
Excessively unbalanced load, Faulty motor tachometer sensor, Loose drive belt, Suspension or shock absorber wear
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before internal inspection.
- Redistribute load: Open the door once safe, redistribute laundry evenly around the drum, and remove heavy single items (e.g., one large towel or duvet). Run a spin-only cycle.
- Check machine level: Ensure the Grundig washer-dryer is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust the feet and lock the nuts.
- Inspect drive belt: Remove the rear panel and check that the belt is correctly seated on the motor and drum pulleys and is not frayed or loose. Replace if worn.
- Check suspension: Inspect shock absorbers and suspension springs for oil leakage, breakage, or excessive play. Worn suspension can cause persistent imbalance errors.
- Motor tacho check: Verify the tachometer sensor on the motor is firmly attached and its connector is secure. A faulty tacho can misreport speed and trigger E07.
