How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before cleaning internal parts.
- Run maintenance wash: Run an empty 90°C cotton cycle with a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar to kill bacteria and remove residue.
- Clean door seal: Wipe the door gasket folds with a cloth soaked in mild detergent or diluted bleach. Remove any visible mold.
- Clean detergent drawer: Remove and wash the drawer and housing to eliminate mold and slime.
- Leave door open: After each use, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow ventilation and drying.
