Possible Causes

Loose connector at pressure switch, Faulty pressure switch, Damaged pressure hose, Faulty main control module input

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the top cover.

  • Step 1 – Access pressure switch: Remove the top panel. Locate the round pressure switch with multiple wires and a thin hose attached.
  • Step 2 – Check hose and connections: Ensure the hose is firmly attached at both ends and not split or hardened. Replace if brittle or cracked. Reseat the electrical connector on the switch.
  • Step 3 – Functional test: With the switch removed (and appliance unplugged), gently blow into the hose port and listen for clicks. If no clicks or if the switch rattles, replace it.
  • Step 4 – Wiring to PCB: Trace the harness from the pressure switch to the main board. Repair any damaged wires and ensure connectors are fully seated.
  • Step 5 – Replace pressure switch: Install a Hansa-compatible pressure switch if the original is faulty. Clear any soap residue from the tub air chamber connection before reattaching the hose.
  • Step 6 – PCB evaluation: If E11 remains after replacing the switch and verifying wiring, the control board input circuit may be defective and should be checked by a technician.
