Washer-dryer displays E10 and will not start or stops mid-cycle

• 2. Inspect control connections: Remove the top cover and, if necessary, the front control panel. Check the ribbon cable and connectors between the user interface board and the main control board. Reseat all connectors.
• 3. Look for moisture: Check for signs of condensation or detergent spills on the control boards. Dry gently if needed and correct any source of leaks.
• 4. Firmware/configuration: Some Ikea models require configuration codes after board replacement. If a board was recently changed, verify that the correct configuration was programmed (technician task).
• 5. Board replacement: If E10 persists and wiring is intact, the UI or main PCB may be defective. Replacement and configuration should be performed by an authorized technician.
