Safety first: Unplug the appliance before internal cleaning. External filter and condenser cleaning can be done with power off.

Step-by-step checks:

• 1. Clean lint filter and condenser: Thoroughly clean the lint filter and, if applicable, remove and wash the condenser unit.
• 2. Check load size: Do not overload the drum for drying; follow the manual's maximum drying load (often lower than wash load).
• 3. Verify heater operation: During a drying cycle, carefully feel the door glass after several minutes; it should become warm. If not, test the dryer heater and thermostats as described for E08.
• 4. Check dryer fan: Listen for the fan running during drying. If silent, inspect and replace the dryer fan motor if necessary.
• 5. Clean moisture sensors: Clean the sensor bars inside the drum to ensure accurate dryness detection.
