Possible Causes

Failed pressure switch, clogged pressure hose or air dome, loose wiring to pressure sensor, faulty main control board interpretation of level signal

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing any panels.

  • Inspect pressure hose: Access the top of the tub and locate the small rubber or plastic hose running from the tub/air dome to the pressure switch on the cabinet frame or control housing. Check for kinks, cracks, or disconnections. Reattach or replace if damaged.
  • Clear blockages: Remove the hose from the pressure switch and gently blow through it toward the tub. It should be clear. If blocked, clean or replace the hose and inspect the air dome on the tub for soap scum buildup.
  • Check electrical connections: Ensure the wiring harness to the pressure switch is firmly seated and free of corrosion or burnt pins.
  • Test operation: After reassembly, run a small load. If F03 returns, the pressure switch or control board may be defective.
  • Replace pressure switch: Swap the pressure switch with the correct JennAir replacement part if hose and wiring are good but the error persists.

When to call a technician: If replacing the pressure switch does not resolve the issue, the main control board or wiring harness may need professional diagnosis.
