Display shows F27; washer may not spin or may behave erratically during spin.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before tipping or moving it.

• Redistribute load: Open the door (if safe) and redistribute heavy items evenly around the drum. Remove some items if the load is too large.
• Level the appliance: Use a spirit level to check side-to-side and front-to-back. Adjust leveling feet until the unit is stable and does not rock.
• Inspect suspension: Remove top or rear panel and check suspension springs and shock absorbers for oil leakage, breakage, or detachment. Replace worn components with JennAir-compatible parts.
• Check counterweights: Ensure concrete or cast-iron weights on the tub are secure and bolts are tight.

When to call a technician: If F27 persists after balancing and suspension checks, a technician should inspect the motor control system.
