• Check exhaust vent: Inspect the entire vent run from the combo to the outside. Remove lint buildup, crushed sections, or bird nests. Use a vent brush if needed.
• Inspect internal ducting: Remove rear panel and clean lint from internal ducts and blower housing.
• Test cycling thermostat: Locate the cycling thermostat on the exhaust duct and test for proper continuity and opening temperature (per JennAir specs). Replace if defective.
• Verify heater relay: If the heater stays on continuously (advanced test), the control board relay may be stuck and the board should be replaced.
