• 3. Inspect door lock sensor:
  • With the unit unplugged, access the door lock assembly as for a standard dE error.
  • Check that the lock mechanism moves freely when the door strike engages.
  • If the sensor inside the lock is intermittent, replace the door lock assembly.
• 4. Test operation:
  • After adjustments or replacement, run a short cycle to confirm the error is cleared.
