Washer-dryer combo displays PE and may stop mid-fill or mid-cycle.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before removing the top cover or handling wiring.

• 1. Power reset:
  • Unplug the unit for 5 minutes and plug back in to clear transient errors.
• 2. Inspect pressure hose:
  • Remove the top cover.
  • Locate the pressure sensor (small round or rectangular device with a thin hose attached).
  • Ensure the hose is firmly connected at both ends and not kinked or pinched.
  • Check for water inside the hose; if present, remove and blow out gently.
• 3. Check wiring:
  • Inspect the electrical connector at the pressure sensor for corrosion or loose pins.
  • Reseat the connector securely.
• 4. Replace pressure sensor if needed:
  • If PE persists, replace the LG water level pressure sensor.
  • Transfer the hose and connector to the new sensor and secure it in place.
• 5. Control board diagnosis:
  • If a new sensor does not resolve the error, the main PCB may be faulty and should be tested/replaced by a technician.
