  • Locate the air intake duct leading into the dryer section; the inlet thermistor is typically mounted on this duct.
• 3. Inspect wiring and sensor:
  • Ensure the thermistor connector is secure and free of corrosion.
  • Test the thermistor with a multimeter; replace if readings are out of specification.
• 4. Test operation:
  • After replacement, run a timed dry cycle and monitor for proper heating and absence of tE3.
• 5. Professional service: If the error persists, the main PCB may require replacement.
