Washer-dryer combo does not dispense detergent or softener from the drawer.

• 1. Clean dispenser drawer:
  • Remove the detergent drawer completely.
  • Disassemble removable parts and soak in warm water to remove residue.
• 2. Clean dispenser housing:
  • Use a small brush to clean the water inlet holes above the drawer.
• 3. Check water pressure:
  • Ensure household water pressure is adequate.
  • If only the dispenser is affected, the specific channel in the LG inlet valve may be clogged or faulty.
• 4. Replace inlet valve if needed:
  • Access the water inlet valve and replace if one of the solenoids feeding the dispenser is not operating.
