Washer-dryer combo will not spin or spins very slowly; clothes come out very wet.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before internal inspection.

• 1. Check load and settings:
  • Ensure the spin speed is not set to Low or No Spin.
  • Redistribute the load and remove heavy items if overfilled.
• 2. Verify proper draining:
  • Run a Drain+Spin cycle and observe if water pumps out quickly.
  • If not, follow the OE drain troubleshooting steps.
• 3. Inspect suspension:
  • Remove the top cover and press down on the drum.
  • Excessive bouncing indicates worn LG shock absorbers; replace as a set.
• 4. Check hall sensor:
  • If the unit attempts to spin but never reaches high speed, the hall sensor may not be reporting speed correctly; replace if necessary.
