Reduced Drying Efficiency
Washer-dryer does not dry clothes properly; laundry is warm but still damp at the end of the drying cycle.

Possible Causes
Clogged lint filter or condenser, Insufficient spin speed before drying, Overloaded drum during drying, Faulty moisture sensor misreading dryness
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before cleaning internal components.
- Step 1 – Clean lint filter and condenser: Remove all lint and rinse the condenser if removable.
- Step 2 – Improve spin: Ensure the wash cycle uses a high spin speed, or run an extra spin before drying.
- Step 3 – Reduce load size: Dry smaller loads; washer-dryer combos have lower drying capacity than washing capacity.
- Step 4 – Clean moisture sensors: Wipe the metal sensor bars inside the drum with vinegar or mild detergent to remove residue.
- Step 5 – Sensor or heater fault: If performance remains poor, the dryer heater or sensors may be failing and should be tested as in E06/E19.
