Washer-dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle, but there is no error code.

Safety first: Do not force the door open; you may break the latch or glass.

• Step 1 – Wait and cool: After a drying cycle, the door may remain locked until the drum cools. Wait 5–10 minutes.
• Step 2 – Check for water: If water is visible in the drum, drain via the drain filter and then try opening again.
• Step 3 – Power reset: Turn the machine off, unplug for 5 minutes, then plug back in and try to open.
• Step 4 – Emergency release: Use the manual door release near the drain filter (if fitted) to open the door.
• Step 5 – Inspect door lock: If the problem recurs, replace the door lock assembly as described earlier.
