Washer-dryer leaks water from the rear or bottom during wash or drain.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close water taps. Tilt the machine only with assistance to avoid injury.

• Step 1 – Visual inspection: Pull the machine forward and inspect the rear hoses for cracks or loose connections.
• Step 2 – Check underneath: Remove the bottom panel (if present) or tilt the machine slightly to look for drips while running a short fill/drain cycle.
• Step 3 – Tighten clamps: Use a screwdriver or pliers to tighten any loose hose clamps on the tub-to-pump or pump-to-drain hoses.
• Step 4 – Replace damaged hoses or pump: If a hose is split or the pump housing is leaking, replace with Vedette-compatible parts. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent future leaks.
