Washer-dryer leaves clothes very wet at the end of the cycle, but no error code is shown.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before cleaning the filter.

• Step 1 – Check program settings: Ensure the selected program has an adequate spin speed and that any 'gentle' or 'reduced spin' options are not enabled.
• Step 2 – Clean drain filter: Open the lower flap, remove and clean the filter thoroughly.
• Step 3 – Load distribution: Avoid washing single heavy items. Add a few towels to balance the load and run an extra spin cycle.
• Step 4 – Observe spin: If the drum never reaches high speed, motor or tachometer issues may be present and should be diagnosed as in E08.
