Washer does not dispense detergent or softener properly, residues remain in drawer

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the top cover if needed.

• 1. Remove and clean drawer: Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer, press the release tab, and remove it completely. Soak and scrub away residue.
• 2. Clean housing: Use a brush to clean the dispenser housing and water jets above the drawer.
• 3. Check water pressure: Ensure inlet valves are fully open and hoses are not kinked, as low pressure can reduce flow through the dispenser.
• 4. Inspect dispenser valve (advanced): Some Casarte models use a multi-channel dispenser water valve. If one channel fails, that compartment may not flush. Replace the valve if defective.
