Washer fills and drains repeatedly without progressing in the cycle

Safety first: Unplug the washer before adjusting hoses.

• 1. Check drain hose height: Ensure the drain hose is installed at the height specified by Casarte (typically 60–100 cm above floor).
• 2. Provide air gap: Do not tape or seal the hose airtight into the standpipe; allow air in to prevent siphoning.
• 3. Observe operation: Run a cycle and watch the standpipe. If water continuously flows out while filling, adjust hose position.
• 4. Sensor check: If installation is correct but behavior persists, the water level sensor may be faulty and should be tested or replaced.
