Casarte
Siphoning or Incorrect Drain Installation
Washer fills and drains repeatedly without progressing in the cycle

Possible Causes
Drain hose too low, Drain hose sealed airtight into standpipe, Standpipe height below manufacturer spec, Faulty water level sensor misreading
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before adjusting hoses.
- 1. Check drain hose height: Ensure the drain hose is installed at the height specified by Casarte (typically 60–100 cm above floor).
- 2. Provide air gap: Do not tape or seal the hose airtight into the standpipe; allow air in to prevent siphoning.
- 3. Observe operation: Run a cycle and watch the standpipe. If water continuously flows out while filling, adjust hose position.
- 4. Sensor check: If installation is correct but behavior persists, the water level sensor may be faulty and should be tested or replaced.
