Washer has a strong moldy or musty odor inside the drum

Safety first: Use only washing machine-safe cleaners. Do not mix bleach with other chemicals.

• 1. Clean door gasket: Wipe the door boot gasket thoroughly with a cloth and a mild bleach solution or washer cleaner, paying attention to folds.
• 2. Run drum clean cycle: Use the Casarte drum clean program (if available) with a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar (no laundry inside).
• 3. Leave door open: After each wash, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying and prevent mold.
• 4. Check drain: Clean the drain pump filter to ensure water fully drains and does not stagnate.
