Washer takes much longer than the displayed time to complete a cycle

Safety first: Unplug the washer before internal checks. Most checks here are external.

• 1. Check water temperature: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 15–20 minutes. If not warm, see heating-related faults (heater and NTC).
• 2. Verify water pressure: Ensure faucets are fully open and hoses are not kinked. Low pressure extends fill time.
• 3. Reduce detergent: Use HE detergent and follow Casarte dosage guidelines. Excess suds cause extra rinses and longer cycles.
• 4. Balance loads: Avoid single heavy items that cause repeated spin rebalancing.
