Safety first: Do not force the door open; glass can shatter. Unplug the washer.

Wait a few minutes: Many Hisense locks take 1–3 minutes to release after power off.
Check water level: If water is still visible, drain via the pump filter or emergency drain hose. The lock will not open if the machine thinks it is full.
Use emergency release: Some models have a manual release tab near the pump filter. Pull it gently to unlock the door.
