Washer does not take detergent or softener from the dispenser drawer properly.

Possible Causes

Blocked dispenser nozzles, Build-up of detergent residue in drawer, Low water pressure to dispenser, Faulty dispenser inlet valve section

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply before removing hoses if needed.

  • Clean the drawer: Remove the detergent drawer completely and soak it in warm water. Scrub away residue from all compartments.
  • Clean housing and jets: Use a small brush or toothpick to clear the water jets in the dispenser housing above the drawer.
  • Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow from the tap and that inlet filters are clean.

If one compartment consistently does not flush, the corresponding section of the inlet valve may be faulty and require replacement.
