Washer does not spin or spins very slowly; clothes come out very wet.

• 1. Check for standing water: If water remains in the drum, resolve drain issues (filter, pump, hose) first.
• 2. Rebalance the load: Distribute laundry evenly and avoid single heavy items. Run a spin-only cycle.
• 3. Inspect motor brushes (if applicable): On some Toshiba models with brushed motors, remove the motor and check carbon brushes. Replace if worn below manufacturer length.
• 4. Test tachometer sensor: Verify the Hall sensor or tach coil on the motor is functioning. Replace if defective.
