Buttons on the Ferroli control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Isolate power before working on the control panel.

• 1. Clean buttons: Gently clean around the buttons with a soft cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners that can seep inside.
• 2. Inspect panel: Remove the panel and check for cracked plastic or damaged button contacts.
• 3. Reseat connectors: Ensure the keypad cable is firmly connected to the interface board and main PCB.
• 4. Replace panel: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the Ferroli user interface assembly.
