Possible Causes
Blocked flow turbine in Termet hydraulic block, Faulty Hall sensor on flow meter, Wiring fault between flow sensor and PCB, Limescale or debris in cold water inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Close the cold water inlet and open a hot tap to relieve pressure before disassembling the hydraulic block.
- Clean inlet filter: Remove and clean the cold water inlet filter screen on the Termet heater. Rinse under running water to remove debris.
- Inspect flow turbine: Remove the flow sensor/turbine assembly from the hydraulic block. Check that the turbine spins freely. Clean off scale and debris with vinegar or descaling solution.
- Check Hall sensor: Ensure the electronic sensor on the turbine housing is firmly connected and not cracked.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the turbine, restore water supply, bleed air, and test by opening a hot tap. The flow rate should be detected and E07 should clear.
- Replace sensor: If the turbine is free but the heater still does not detect flow, replace the complete Termet flow sensor assembly.
