Termet
Low Water Pressure / Flow Protection
Display shows E10, heater will not start; may be accompanied by low water pressure in the system.

Possible Causes
Insufficient mains water pressure, Blocked inlet filter on Termet hydraulic block, Faulty water pressure switch or sensor, Partially closed isolation valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power before removing any water connections. Protect electronics from water spills.
- Check mains pressure: Open a cold tap and verify that water pressure is adequate. If pressure is low throughout the house, contact your water supplier.
- Verify valves: Ensure the cold water isolation valve to the Termet heater is fully open.
- Clean inlet filter: Remove and clean the inlet filter screen on the hydraulic block. Rinse thoroughly and reinstall.
- Pressure sensor: On models with a pressure sensor, check the wiring and, if accessible, gently tap the sensor to free any stuck diaphragm. Replace the sensor if faulty.
- Retest: Restore power and open a hot tap. If E10 persists despite good pressure, a technician should test and replace the pressure switch/sensor.
