Possible Causes
Blown mains fuse in Termet heater, Faulty external circuit breaker, Loose power cord or terminal block connection, Defective internal power supply on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the main breaker before opening any electrical covers. Only qualified persons should work on live circuits.
- Check outlet and breaker: Verify that the wall outlet or dedicated circuit has power by plugging in another device. Reset any tripped breakers.
- Inspect power cord: Ensure the Termet heater's power cord or hardwired connection is secure and undamaged.
- Internal fuse: Remove the front cover and locate the internal fuse on the Termet PCB or near the power entry. Replace only with the same type and rating if blown.
- PCB power supply: If the fuse is intact and power is present at the input but the unit remains dead, the internal power supply on the PCB is likely faulty. Replace the main control board via an authorized Termet service center.
