Autotrol softener display is on but segments are missing or unreadable

Safety: Disconnect power before opening the control housing.

• Check connections: Reseat the ribbon cable between the display board and main control board.
• Inspect for moisture: Dry any condensation and correct sources of leaks above the unit.
• Replace display: If segments remain missing, replace the Autotrol display/keypad board or the entire control module, depending on model.
• Test readability: Restore power and verify that all display segments function correctly.
