Safety: Disconnect power before handling wiring.
- Confirm demand mode: In the installer menu, ensure the control is set to demand-initiated regeneration and not fixed time clock only.
- Check meter wiring: Inspect the meter cable from the Autotrol meter to the control head for damage and secure connections.
- Test meter operation: Run water and watch the display for flow or remaining capacity changes. If none, clean or replace the turbine flow meter.
- Control input test: If a known-good meter and cable still do not register, the meter input on the control board may be defective and require replacement.
