How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the Foridra softener before accessing the electronics. Avoid static discharge by touching a grounded metal object.
- Check power supply: Verify the wall outlet and Foridra power adapter are providing stable voltage. Replace the adapter if warm, noisy, or intermittent.
- Reset programming: Enter the installer menu (refer to your Foridra model manual) and reset to factory defaults, then re-enter hardness, capacity, and regeneration time.
